| This trip was a little more interesting... On the way we stopped in at Monaco, land of the rich and famous, full of japanesse girls in fishnet stockings and pink feather bowers...the boats there are more like mini luxury liners and i got plenty of photos of my pretending to drive down the formula one race track and stopping traffic in the process. Riomag is a city built into the cliffs of northern italy and the main street is almost vertically up from with no stairs and you rise about 200m up in the space of 30 meters horizonal. NOW this is where if you are not into toilets.. tune out... the toilets in italy are much to be reckoned with. the toilet in our hostel = 30cm from the wall in front, you can either sit on it sideways or spread those legs and kiss the wall in front. do you want to know what choice i made? the toilets in public = a hole in the ground, place one foot on either side, squat and off you go. these are all concepts that are not built for big people or tall people. next time you go to the toilet.. try standing up instead of sitting down.. VERY akward. stay tuned.... |
