| So I had a whole journal entry saved on my computer and put on to a jump drive to use at the internet cafe, well it didnt end up working so therefore, this isnt as long as it normally would have been. Ill post it later becasue i have a whole thing on what ship life is like!! Umm, we made it to Brazil, very interesting, pretty neat, and a little scary!! Im going on a walking tour of Salvador later today and then a program called Bahia By Night, ive heard a lot about it so it should be really cool!! i think ill probably skip the whole carnival thing tonight, im a little nervous about it and i leave for the amazon at 0120 tonight (yes i speak in military time now haha) Im so excited about it and i realy want to catch a piranha, i think that would be my highlight!! i~ll try to get back here to post pictures of it but its taking a VERY long time and i only got 3 up in 30 minutes so i might just bite the bullet with my internet minutes on the ship and do it then. so yeah, just letting you all know we made it to Brazil, but that was the easy part, Captain Jeremy did all the work...we just have to make sure we all get back on the ship!! Aright mom, dont fret and keep sleeping..ill be safely on a riverboat on the Amazon by tomorrow morning...worst thing that could happen is if a jumping eel attacked me or if the piranha ate me for dinner instead of me eating him!! Alright, hopefully more pictures to come later, but Im heading out for now Love, Linds |
