Tracy recommended that we go to Don's Seafood Hut in Lafayette for dinner, so we did. The food was great and the ambiance was pleasing. We really enjoyed our meals and would not hesitate to recommend Don's to anybody visiting this area. Don's is located at 4309 Johnston Street, Lafayette and easy to find. The brochure says that the restaurant has been run by the Landry family since 1934, so we are assuming it is the same Landry with the seafood restaurant chain of the same name, plus Joe's Crab Shack. Anyway, it is well worth the visit.
