| Today we said goodbye to our fellow travellers who are carrying on to Cape Town with Acacia. It was quite sad, but we are excited because we get to start the rest of our adventure in South Africa. We are hitching a lift with one of the overland trucks returning to Jo'Burg which is easier and safer than getting the train and bus through Zimbabwe! So no need to worry mum! Have had an amazing time at Vic Falls. Did the gorge swing, abseil and flying fox yesterday. Bought the video so you can all have a laugh seeing me chickening out. I did it in the end though so its all good! The falls are amazing and there is hardly any water at the moment. Can't imagine what it would be like at full flow! Got to go, got some lazing around to do before we set off for south africa! Bye! Beth xxx |
