We've left Hong Kong, taking an overnight flight to Sydney and then an internal flight to get to Adelaide. We've not been exploring yet, so it's my opportunity for a rant about flights (4 down, 8 to go!). Firstly, why is the menu choice on the plane ALWAYS a beef dish or a chicken dish? Secondly, why on overnight flights do I always sit behind the person who constantly adjusts their seat up and down? Finally, why do I always get sat beside the thoroughfare to the toilet? Apart from that, all is well. More when we've explored Adelaide.
