From the Garden Route back to the Desert... Hit the coast, and froze! Thick fogs (officially called Mushroom Soups as they are thicker than Pea Soups) and a bracing sea breeze.... Walked up a mountain and along the famous Otter Trail (the first 3 km anyway) where the path follows the rocky shore so you get covered in sea-spray. Stunningly beautiful, but freezing! Thanks Phil and Sarah for you ammazingly warm blanket!!!!!! Then headed back inland (hard to enjoy the coast when you can't see it...) to the Karoo Desert. Warmer (thankfully) and great open skies and endless horizons.
