Well, we made it to Posadas. We stayed in a really nice place miles out of town on a dirt track off the main road, which was kind of like a holiday park, but a bit classier (we didn't have any dinner because there was a wedding going on in the restaurant and we weren't allowed to be served), in a hut. I think this was our first taste of how the next week or so will be on the insect side of things, until we get in to the mountains - the mosquitos have definitely increased in size. We haven't really seen the town itself because we are so far out (from what I could tell, our taxi driver was complaining that people never stop in Posadas and that they always move on quickly to San Ignacio and then to Iguacu. Not that that's what we did at all...). We saw our first glimpse of Paraguay as well, as the river here forms the border between there and Argentina.
