| It was a long drive today so we were up and out early, getting away before 8am. The first part of the drive was nothing special until Osoyoos when the views over the town were excellent. We stopped here for lunch, made some phone calls home and got back on the road to Vancouver. Again the drive was nothing special until Hope, (where Rambo was filmed) when the mountains and valleys were fun to drive through. Back in Vancouver we checked in to the hotel, dropped the car back to Dollar and settled in for the evening, having an early night before our early flight to New York in the morning. We also watched the red sox advance to the World Series with victory over the Yankees. The first team to ever come from 3-0 behind in a series. |
