| Sunday 62506 It is 7:00 AM and it looks like the rain has stopped during the night. The forecast still calls for more today. Hope it is wrong. We arrived at this campground early yesterday afternoon but the weather was so bad, we decided to stay in and watch movie tapes. We did not even go back out to eat. Anxious to start sight seeing but the Cabot Trail is 184 miles around. We will wait a few days for better weather before taking that tour. Today, we will visit in Baddeck and maybe Sidney & Sidney Mines. That is if we can stir our bones. We are feeling mighty lazy this morning. Maybe it is the weather. I will take the laptop with me today. I need to paste almost a week's worth of entries in the Trip Journal. Damn! It just started raining again. We were almost ready to get out. We will slow down and hope that this does not last long or get to heavy. More later. |
