| Millstatt, Austria The weather is slowly warming up a bit in this beautiful area nestled in the Alps. Our accomodation is in a pension right on a beautiful lake with snow capped mountains all around. We manage to get into the Alpine area for a short hike (more on that later). There is a great hut to hut trail system here that is certainly a great destination for anyone wanting to hike. The tourist season has not started as yet and so the ambience is quite relaxed. We needed some quiet time before heading home soon and this fits the bill perfectly. |
