As we passed through Andorra we saw lots of snow, the ski fields were open and they were full of French and Spaniards spending their Easter holliday's in the alps. Andorra is a tax and duty free state so you can buy a anything there - it was amazing to see all the car dealerships in such a tiny place - ferrari, porsche, lamborgini, etc.
