Korovou Resort has a really nice swimming pool, bar and we had our own little house right next to the beach. Like everywhere else we've been, the electricity terminated at 11PM and the bar closed at 10.
The resort situated next to a really cool little bay rich with coral reef and sea life. Pete and Andy rented a Kayak whilst Jo, Carly and Steve chilled out at the pool. A couple of cracks round the back of the head and Andy eventually decided to put some effort into the paddle as opposed to relying on the wind to sweep us out to open sea.
The night entertainment was pretty good here at Korovou. The first night involved the Bula dance which was similar to the Macarena dance if not more annoying. We then had another game of musical statues. The second night of entertaintment comprised some traditional Fiji dancing and a fire show which was on par with the show we watched in Byron Bay.
Bula means hello and cheers and is certainly the most used word in Fiji. Pretty much everyting is named Bula. Bula Bar, Bula Time, Bula Box etc etc.
