I have been dreaming about this journey for at least a decade, but I had no clue that losing the love of my life would lead me to the "motherland" (imagine the irony). I am ready mentally, spiritually, and physically with an open heart to meditate and learn where the Lord wants me at this particular moment in time. Many of you asked, "Why Africa?" And my response was, "Why not?" But to be honest, I chose Africa because I feel the need to get back to the basics. I feel as though I need to learn how to breathe and exhale again. Please continue to keep me lifted in prayer. God bless...Toye
