Welcome to my trip journal!
After months of waiting and planning we are finally on our way to the Grand Canyon!!!
We’ve traveled more in Europe than in the U.S. so we decided it was time to see our own country. We decided the Grand Canyon would be a good start. We also plan to see Brice Canyon, Arches and other National Parks in the SW. My Dad, Paul, has been wanting to hike the Grand Canyon so he and my son, Chris, will join us next week on the North Rim for a Rim-to-Rim 4 day backpacking trip. I’ll try to keep this updated but bear with me as this is my first attempt a Journaling.
