Greetings! Steve retired from civil service in 2004 and joined his wife, Kathy, in selling real estate in Jacksonville, FL. When the housing industry tanked in 2008, we decided to sell everything, get OUT of real estate for good (actually get OUT of everything!), buy a BIG RV and start touring the USA while we still could. So - we did.
