Welcome to my beautiful home town of Sandwich, MA. First settled in 1637, and incorporated in 1639, the town of Sandwich is a seaside community of 23,000 residents, located in the northwest corner of Cape Cod in Barnstable County, Massachusetts.

Sandwich is the oldest town on Cape Cod and one of the oldest towns in the United States, settled nearly 150 years before the American Revolution.

According to the town website, "Sandwich is a quaint and quiet New England town with seaside charm. The Town's historic charm and uniqueness, combined with its ideal location, make Sandwich an attractive place to both visit and live."

My eight siblings and I were lucky to grow up in Sandwich, and our Dad was born here 94 years ago. Mom and Dad still live in the same house they purchased back in 1946. I hope you will enjoy seeing the town through my photos.

post note: a lot of the photos had to be removed to make room for newer ones - sorry!
