Following my father's footsteps (thus the picture...I'll change it when I take a picture of myself in Ghana)
If you were wondering how I was going to keep you guys informed on my African adventure, here's your answer.
I've added some maps so you can see where I'll be.
I will be in Ghana for 2 months, from May 11th til July 11th, volunteering for Projects Abroad.
PS. there is a 4 hour time difference between EST and my time. In other words, it'll be 4 hours later for me.
I'm currently placed to work at the Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Hospital, which is about a 5 minute walk from my host family's house.
I'm living with the Obuobi family. The man of the house is Frank Obuobi, a Computer analyst who works at the Centre for Scientific Research into Plant Medicine, while also owning a formating internet cafe in Mampong.

Every time I add an entry, a new date will appear and you can click it to see my journal entry.
