This is the story of Nick White's 2005/6 travels.
The first trip was to the top left corner of China and the mountains and valleys of northern Pakistan, and then returning to China and visiting some of its Tibetan areas and a festival. Click on numbered points on the map or on one of the dates below to read all about it and see some photos.
Part 2 was to Southern Africa - overland in a big orange converted truck from Cape Town to Nairobi.
Part 3 was to Thailand and Malaysia - photos only for this section though - too much writing in Africa!
