Michael Kohn in Colombia

Packing a pair of dancing shoes, hiking boots and a
sense of adventure, Michael recently set off for
Bogotá to research the next edition of the Lonely
Planet guide to Colombia. With Venezuela and Brazil
under his belt, Michael was inspired to see more of
South America, and Colombia, with its reputation for
hard, off-the-beaten track travel, fit the bill
nicely.
