A Year in Asia 2006- 2007

Matt and Laura travel blog
We begin with good jobs, great friends, and a nice apartment in a city we love. Perhaps its all too easy. Too routine. Lives need to be put in the paint-shaker and given a good blending sometimes. Besides, this is a dream of ours, one we can either pursue or be chased by regret for being timid and conservative. Perhaps the following says it best: http://www.neticons.net/music_life/
So we are leaving our jobs, our friends, packing our stuff away, and heading off to SE Asia and India for a year.
This is where we will share the moments that, as I write this, still lay before us undiscovered. With excitement and no small amount of trepidation, I look forward to the experiences from which the entries here will be borne. We would love to have you travel beside us, if virtually, on the days ahead. Leave us a message. Sign our guestbook. And most importantly, welcome to our travels!
We've also started a blog offering some travel advice based upon our adventures. You can take a look at: http://tips-for-travelling.blogspot.com
