Lilo & Peter: Trip 2008

Diesen Frauen sind wir 1975 im Norden von Pakistan begegenet, im Hindu Raj auf dem Weg von Darkot nach Seli Harang. Und in den mehr als 30 Jahren, die wir seither unterwegs waren, haben wir begriffen, dass wir solcher Begegnungen wegen unterwegs sind. Andere sammeln Berge oder Sehenswürdigkeiten; wir sammeln Menschen. Im April geht es wieder los, zunächst nach Kathmandu und dann ... Wir werden sehen. Wir freuen uns auf die nächsten Monate "on the road" und wir freuen uns, wenn Ihr uns begleitet.

We met these women 1975 in the Gilgit Aerea (North Pakistan) on the way from Darkot to Seli Harang. During the 30 years since this trip we understood definitly that such meetings are the real reason for our traveling. Others may collect summits or sights, we collect people. In April we start to Kathmandu and after Nepal ... Let us see. Great to be on the road again and great to be with you.
