For those who care, I'll put notes here when I can get to a computer! (Clıck on date) Starting with no plans beyond Istanbul - maybe South to Mediterranean or North along Black Sea - it's amazing how many people have been to Turkey, are going to Turkey, or know people in Turkey! Hope to make some contacts & stay long enough to learn Turkish (could be a while -it's an agglutination language-they just string stuff together for REALLY long words) yikes!
