Cheryl and Dennis' Happy Trails

Welcome to our trip journal...as most of you know, we began traveling in early 2008 after we retired from our respective careers in July of 2007. We were blessed with our first grandchild, Kaia Ecternkamp, in May of 2008 so we "cooled our jets" so that we could help out Kelli and Dan and get to know Miss Kaia. We are now back on the road again and looking forward to discovering this great nation of ours...we hope you enjoy our travel journal and we look forward to seeing you during our journey
