Welcome to our trip journal! Not sure anyone would want to see this,we've been accused of being pretty boring but... if you can stand it, what the heck. Will try to keep this updated once a week depending on WiFi locations.
The "Plan" is to work our way out of FL along The Gulf to Houston, visiting with Chuck, Mary, grandaughters Kelly & Erin. Then that >LONG TX crossing spending time in the Federal & State Parks in NM, AZ, NV, UT, CA visiting with Jason & The Redwoods & friends along the way, OR,Vancouver BC where we had our honeymoon 40 yrs ago, WA, MT,Calgary AB (Calgary Stampede Rodeo), WY, (Frontier Days Rodeo) CO. Then not exactly sure where we will go. We do plan to spend some time in Alton/St Louis area, visiting with Phyllis's family & friends. Maybe a trip to the Ozarks. Will be in VA in August visiting with Dan, & grandaughter Alex.
As I update along the way I guess you will see our progress. Hopefully we will get some good pictures but who knows, might only get some road kill shots. You are welcome to enter your comments if you like. I'll know better how this works once we get going. We depart FL on April 27th.
