Our first winter down south 2011

I said I wasn't going to blog this trip! However, I got tired of explaining the same things over and over and figured documenting our trip this way made the most sense. I also have to admit, one of the main reasons for where we are now is because of reading other people's blogs. So consider this a "mini-blog" where I will highlight the main features of our trip but spare you the minutia of our otherwise quite average lives.
