Welcome to my trip journal! This journal was suggested by a moderator on the NUWA owner's forum. We hope to use it to create a log of our travels. We have a 2009 NUWA HitchHiker 34.5 UKSGB fifth wheel trailer. We ordered the trailer with all of the options we wanted from Pharr RV in Lubbock, TX. It has three slides, disc brakes, demco hitch and Mor/ryde suspension. It rides like our Cadillacs.
We tow the trailer with our 'Mule,' a 2001 Dodge/Cummins 2500 6 speed 4X4 using a Reese 16K hitch. The truck is stock except for non-power enhancing accessories to improve our towing experience like a BrakeSmart brake controller, Jacobs EBrake, full instrumentation, White Night system and enhanced differential and transmission coolers.
