Panama Canal Holiday Cruise, 2007

This journey began on Dec 23rd on Holland America Cruise Line, leaving from Ft.Lauderdale. Our itinerary stops included Half Moon Cay in the Bahamas, Aruba and Curacao in the Netherland Antilles, Colon and Gatun Lake in the Panama Canal, and finally Costa Rica. It was a phenomenal experience to witness the engineering miracle of a full canal transit. We also spent Christmas and New Years aboard the cruise ship, which was quite a treat. The best part was no cooking or clean-up!!
