We had a great lunch here

Last one!

We are having a wonderful time in Canada. Today we drove about 50 miles to visit Lake Louise. The lake is still frozen, we even had a mix of rain and snow while driving to see it.

This area is absolutely stunning. The Canadian Rocky Mountains are massive and the glacier blue waters are outstanding. It is hard to drive without stopping every minute to take photos. :-)

We saw wildlife warning signs all along the highway. The critter count so far is 8 elk, one hoary marmot, a bunch of squirrels, birds and deer. It is a wildlife paradise.

After viewing the beautiful lake and checking out the village area, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch at one of the local bakeries. We are already wishing we had more time in the area. I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story.
