Our RV trip around Atlantic Canada 2009 travel blog

We head on out to the northwest coast. Here there are windmills catching the strong winds over the flatlands. This Island is by far the least inhabited. Vast areas are unpopulated and as we drive along the coast line is all becomes repetitive. Not much to look at, flat land, flat sea and some trees. We keep seeing windmills and think that we are near the top over the peninsular but on closer inspection of the map we find that we are merely half way up. The villages here have no shops and nothing to look at and we find ourselves wondering about the point on going onwards.
