Located just outside of Delta, a closer view for you...Would you be...

Plenty of farming & agriculture going on in this area...

Trains too!

Of course Onyx has to have a cow or two to bark...

A small stretch of nice, new road :)

Lovely home along I-15...Pretty piece of property too!

Pretty rolling hills as we make our way to Orem...

Last shot for today...Hope to see you on down the road tomorrow...

Got a later than planned start today but who didn't know that? LOL Larry still had lots to do this morning and I wanted to give Mom a pedicure before heading out. She really enjoys them & I enjoy doing it for her. We finally got everything buttoned down & with final hugs & kisses we were on our way.

Our first stop was to return a Redbox flick we'd rented earlier. It was the film 'HER' and let me tell you, it was a definite thumbs down for us!!! In fact, after about 40 minutes we turned it off as it was full of offensive language, had a ridiculous story line etc etc etc. We found having 'sex' with your computer's operating system to be totally ridiculous although I do have to admit that in the light of day I'm a bit curious on how they managed a reasonable conclusion!

Our next stop was at the dump station located at the Chevron station on the edge of town. We have power & water at Mom's but our tanks are pretty full by the time our visit's are over, even though we're in the house a great deal of the time. We actually had a change in travel route this morning after deciding we didn't want to deal with Salt Lake City's Costco location. So instead of traveling 93 through Wendover we traveled 6/50 East to 132 East to I-15 North ultimately landing in Orem, Utah.

It was a beautiful trip, around 80 degrees most of the day, with blue skies and plenty of my much loved puffy white clouds. At one point I did say to Larry that I'd like to get a bit of rain soon & he told me to be careful what I wish for! There are a few storms around the Custer area & it looks like they may still be there when we arrive in a couple of days. Not sure when that will be exactly as we are planning to spend a couple of days in Wyoming with a quick stop to see my Aunt De & Uncle Ed.

So, that's it for now. We plan to travel around 300 miles tomorrow, and since we are still hooked up to the truck, we should get a reasonably early start. Even though we'll miss Mom, it sure feels good to be on the road again :)
