This is a archtypical hill station and summer getaway for the former British and India government. Unfortunately, it's not summer here--It snowed at the summit this morning, turning to water as it hit the ground. It's a nice place to visit, but I'm just passing through on my way to Dharamsala, home to the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan Government in exhile.
