Keeping Tabs On Daisy 2018 travel blog


This morning I attended the first chair exercise class at CARE. It is done with a professional video. The main focus of the class is stretching and flexibility exercises. It is presented on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The Tuesday and Thursday exercises are more intense, so I’ve been told. After the class I walked for a few minutes on the treadmill and rode a mile on the recumbent bike.
