We're back from our week away and what a great time we had! Utah was beautiful, the scenery was fabulous & the weather co-operated the entire trip. We spent the first day exploring the local area and driving around the lake. Jim took us up numerous dirt roads to check out lovely views of the area. He & Brenda have been spending their summers up here for several years, camping in their motorhome. Last year they decided to sell their rig & purchase a trilevel cabin up on the ridge. They've explored all of this area, both by vehicle & on four wheelers, so they are the perfect guides.

Day two we spent the day at Bryce Canyon, a first for us. In the past we've explored Zion, Canyonlands, Arches, the Grand Canyon, etc etc etc. I don't know how we missed Bryce! It was utterly beautiful, and so unique! Wow is all I can say. I took over 250 pics so obviously I won't be able to share them all here. But over the next few days I'll share a few for sure.

Our last trip was a four wheel ride back to a lovely waterfall that feeds Panguitch Lake. We had a blast traveling the narrow, rutted road up there, passing a lovely Aspen grove, plenty of deer and gorgeous scenery all along the way. As I mentioned earlier, we were so blessed with great weather our entire time there even though the wind kicked up on our drive home. We understand it even snowed later that evening!

Saturday & Sunday we helped the kids move into their new home. But more on all of that later. I'm going to close for now. I'll post a few times over the next few day and share a few pics each time. I know you'll enjoy Bryce Canyon, especially if you've never seen it! It's amazing...Thanks for stopping by & have a great day!
