Due to the current corona virus fears and the CDC recommendations, the CARE board has cancelled numerous activities until further notice. The Health Fair, which was scheduled for March 22-28, has been cancelled, with the possibility of re-scheduling it sometime in the autumn. That's a real blow because it is the major source of income for CARE's special projects. Non-CARE residents are prevented from entering our building unless it's actually necessary and, even then, their temperature will be taken; if they have a fever, they will not be allowed to enter. CARE residents must have our temperature checked every morning. Our Sunday vespers services have been put on hold because most of our attendees are non-residents. Hand-sanitizer dispensers are just inside every entrance and in other places throughout the building.
