Fountains of Bellagio

Today was another one of those "WOWSER" days. We all (Jerry, Gloria, Betty, Bobby, Liz & Jerry Jr.) visited the strip downtown and did the Eiffel Tower Experience of Paris Las Vegas. The elevator takes you to the top where the views are spectacular.

The theme is the city of Paris in France; it includes a half scale, 541-foot tall replica of the Eiffel Tower, a sign in the shape of the Montgolfier balloon, a two-thirds size Arc de Triomphe, a replica of La Fontaine des Mers, and a 1,200-seat theatre called Le Théâtre des Arts. I am adding photos of the lights from the top and a video of the awesome Fountains of Bellagio.

When the scale model of the Eiffel Tower was built, it was planned to be full scale, but the airport was too close and the tower had to be shrunk. The scale is approximately 1:2.

When we got to the top, we were allowed to walk all the way around and take pictures and just enjoy the fabulous view. The cost for us was $8 each, that is half the normal price because our son lives in Vegas, he got "local" discounts for all of us.

It was absolutely incredible and we highly recommend to everyone. Check back later for more from Las Vegas.
