Today we drove 186 miles from Lexington, Kentucky to Chillicothe, Ohio, where we will stay two nights at the Sun Valley Camp Ground. It is a pretty little park with quite a few trees. Across the road is a large pond, which I can see from my back window.
Barb's GPS has done a mostly good job of helping us get around but today "Jill" could not find the county road where Sun Valley Camp Ground is located. Fortunately, we had a map of Ross County which showed it.
I had a rather unpleasant surprise while I was setting up camp. At the first site where I parked, my electrical cord wouldn't reach the plug, so the owner lent me an extension cord. However, when I turned my air conditioner on, it kept tripping the circuit breaker. I gave up and asked to be moved to another site. This one is on the grass but it is well shaded and I don't have electrical issues here. If the weather had been cooler, I could have gotten by without plugging in, but I really wanted to use my air conditioner.
