Teepees at Chewing Blackbones Campground

We were planning on going to the Many Glacier area of Glacier NP today, but it was raining in the morning and the forecast didn’t look too promising for the afternoon. The weather cleared late in the afternoon, so I took a ride north along US 89 toward Babb, MT and drove part of the entrance road to Many Glacier. The entrance road is in terrible shape from winter weather and land slides requiring you to drive slow and weave to avoid the deep potholes. I got to the park entrance sign before I decided to turn around and head home. We’ll try again tomorrow. Stay tuned.
