Another great drive to northern Montana. We traveled through primarily upper plains land filled with cattle, sheep, lots of deer and antelope, and beautiful mountains on all sides.
The weather has been pretty cool for the last several days, but we have been warm and toasty.
We went to Glacier National Park yesterday only to find that only a very small section of the park was open. They are still plowing snow in the upper elevations, so we only got to see a very small part of the park. We may try to stop back through on our return trip for a day or so.
We have our plans made now for the next couple of weeks. We will go into Canada on June 15 and spend a few days in Radium Hot Springs. From then over to Banff and Lake Louise, and then up to Jasper. The weather forecast looks great and there is so much to do in this area.
