This is a quick update to let all our family and friends know where we are and what has been going on. We just got our Wi-Fi connected yesterday, I can finally add all the pictures to the journal.
We left Sequim, Washington on the first of May and drove to the Washington Coast for the summer, or until this awful virus is over. We found a lady that had a private RV site we could rent for as long as we needed to stay. It was getting harder and harder to find RV Parks open during the virus. We were very happy to find a private site right across from the Pacific Ocean. We don’t have a great view of the water from our site, but we can drive right across the street and take our car all over the beaches in the area. They were closed when we arrived, but they opened the beaches back on May 15. We are keeping our distance from others and wearing our mask. We have stayed healthy through the epidemic and hope all our readers have too.
We celebrated Mother’s Day by driving to Westport, Washington to see all the views and had a wonderful seafood dinner. We had to go through a drive-through order and pick it up and eat in the car, it was a treat after doing most of our own cooking for months. Happy Belated Mother’s Day to all you great mothers. I hope everyone enjoys all the updated pictures from over the last few weeks. Check back later for more from Washington.
