Our RV trip around Atlantic Canada 2009 travel blog

We drive around Burncoat head and look out to see the tide starting to come in.

We arrive at Walton, park up and set off down to the beach. The shale like shore is made up of red and grey pieces. The cliff face shows the damage from the advancing tide. Eroded caves eat, into the fault lines between the differing rock layers. We see a fisherman walking back from the beach with his catch (a 3foot long fish) and set up a fire on the beach to cook his fish. We return to the campsite as the tide is getting higher
