Hi guys! We found a TV show called Know The Cause and started recording and watching it everyday. We've been interested in health, arthritis and general aches and pains for some time now as we are aging. Imagine that, lol! Anyway, we decided to follow the advice given on the show a couple of weeks ago and ordered a cookbook to aid us in our journey. In the back of the cookbook entitled 'Eating Your Way To Good Health' was a 'diet', Phase 1 as well as Phase 2 and a Maintenance Program. Well, in 2 weeks I've lost 7 pounds, Larry has lost 4, I am no longer taking pills to sleep, wake up with a ton of energy and have just a better sense of well being. I went to the website above and discovered they are doing a Daily Q & A that lasts about 15 minutes. There are currently 35 'episodes' on the site and I've watched 8 so far. Just found them yesterday! They are only about 15 minutes but wow, what a difference they are making in my train of thought about many things involving health & diet. We HIGHLY recommend that you too check a couple of them out. And after you do, please let us know what you think ok? They have a content underneath them so you may decide to start with one that answers questions pertaining to you. Like prostate, Chronic Fatigue, Parkinson's etc. Wish I could shout this from the rooftops each & everyday!!!!!! Please, do yourself a favor & check it out! Have a great day :)
