We got a late start this morning but the trip was only a little over three hours including about 30 minutes to get gas. The route was all on interstate so was pretty uneventful. Our campground here is a county park and is a real gem. It is right on the Colorado River and is also a Passport America park so the price is right as well. There was even a couple of baby owls that were perched in a tree not far from our site.

We just relaxed this afternoon and I did a little maintenance on the motorhome. It was 105 degrees when we gassed up and was still about 98 as the sun went down. We have been running the A/C for the first time this trip. We are just hoping it is a little cooler in the Mohave tomorrow and Wednesday as we will have no elecricity and thus no A/C.
