Me and Kerstin and my Radler

Got to sleep in this morning as Kerstin was off at work. I met up with her and her coworker Martina for lunch. Kerstin is an architect. We went over to the christkindelmarkt for some food. I tried some traditional kind of stuff. It was meat on a stick with onions in a kind of curry like sauce with some bread. Was good.

Kerstin took me to the tourist office to get me set up with a map and some things to see in Ingolstadt. There was a walk around the Alstadt (oldtown) in one of the brochures I picked up so I set off to do that while Kerstin went back to work. I saw the New castle and the Danube river, the old water tower, the Munster cathedral, lots of old buildings, the medieval gateways into the city and the old anatomical building. Frankenstein wa said to have studied there.

That night after dinner the 3 of us went out for some drinks. I tried a Radler (light berr mixed with sparkling lemonade) YUM!!! It was really good. Walkeed around the town a bit before heading back to the flat.
