Caprock State Park - site 34, another view

Our trip from Lake Sumner State Park to Caprock State Park encompassed 215 easy miles across the dry plains in New Mexico and Texas. Caprock State Park is just a few miles straight north of Quitaque, TX. We are staying in the same site we stayed in two years ago which is a back-in site with 50 amps and water with a dump on the way out though we will probably wait until Oklahoma to dump at a full hook-up site there.

I did take my Aunt Eulene for a tour of the canyon (pictures are available at our blog entry two years ago) and then to visit the Bob Wills Museum in Turkey, TX, 10 miles east of Quitaque.

Tomorrow we head for Newcastle, OK to take Aunt Eulene home and visit will family near there.
