Our campground at 7th RV Park. It is right on the edge...

Where two of the native defenders fell

Iron sculpture at the native memorial.

We stayed at a really nice campground called 7th Ranch RV. Young couple run it - it was a working ranch but the campground takes a lot of time so they only have a few cattle and some horses. Husband is an historical guide.

Very nice laundry so the first thing I did was 2 loads of laundry. The dryers didn't get it quite dry so I draped the living room with drying clothes.

Met a nice family in a pop-up. They had been on the road for 3 weeks. Gave them Escapees mag and my old Passport America catalog.

We went to mile marker 497 and visited a great free county museum. Then went to the battlefield. They had a good speaker and we learned a lot about the battle.

Then back home and a couple more loads of laundry so we will be ready to hit Gillette ready to work.
