|Another long driving day, but we get to stay put for a day or two. We are staying in a tiny little campground on a working farm. It is quite hot here, has been 90 degrees or above all day, but looking forward to tomorrow when we will get to play farmer and go to town to shop and sightsee. Customs was not as bad as we had feared. We were quizzed only about weapons and alcohol: "are you sure you don't have bear spray?" The guy ahead of us, also in a truck camper, is probably still there. They had several people going over his truck and camper very carefully when we left. The lady who runs the campground said a couple in their 80s were interrogated horribly. Who knows how they decide who to challenge. WiFi is decent here, so I should be able to post some pix tomorrow. Kelowna appears to be a lovely city.
