| It had been bitterly cold for several days- glad we had packed the thick jumpers and thermals. Saturday night it started to snow and by Sunday morning we had a about ½ inch to 1 inch of snow however it did feel a bit warmer. The UK is not very good in coping with snow and we heard on the radio that the M25 had been closed for over 7 hours following accidents. While Heather cooked the Sunday lunch Tony cleared the snow from Mum’s drive and paths. Not a day to go anywhere. |
