Today we got up at 830am to go on a boat tour of the lake. Our first stop was a beautiful house built into the cliffs overlooking the lake where we had the most amazing breakfast. Sarah wasn't feeling too well still so didn't eat much, but after we had all jumped off the jetty for a swim in the lake she felt much better. We're beginning to think it might have something to do with her taking malaria pills on an empty stomach in the morning as she seems much better now taking them with food. The lake is amazing, crystal clear and very deep as it was a volcano crater. The speed boat then took us to 2 other villages around the lake where we could again swim or look round the markets and pretty churches. Life definately seems more relaxed here compared to Mexico.
We returned to Panajachal at 2pm and after a quick rest headed for the internet cafe! Another early night for us as we're heading off again tomorrow.
