This morning I took Daisy to the 'doctor' and learned that she didn't need much done. That certainly was good news. Vince, the Repair Manager, estimated that it would cost me around $100 and take a little over an hour. That means that I can arrive in Bakersfield at a reasonable hour Friday afternoon.

They have on display in their showroom a 1966 motorhome. It was very modern for its time. It was open so, of course, I checked it out. Very cute! This year they are celebrating their 50th anniversary. I chatted a few minutes with one of the founders of the company. He showed me some fabric samples which they plan to start using.
