Coe Lake

A duck family in the shallows

Jim had to do a little gargling.

Judy(left) & Jacki (right) Jacki's always right LOL

After Cedar Point we returned to the Cleveland area to spend a little more time with our families and friends.

Coe Lake is a pond formed by Rocky River, a meandering creek that runs from south to north on the west side of metro-Cleveland. This pond is in a park in a suburb of Cleveland. We met Jim's daughters, Judy & Jacki and Jacki's partner Eric in the park as they were hunting for Pokémon villains on their phones. They're really into that game. We are not. The park was crowded with other Pokémon enthusiasts all buried with their faces in their phones, not looking at any of the natural beauty surrounding them. Eric was also showing one of his classic sports cars at the car show going on in the parking lot of the park.
